Second-generation tattoo artist raised on New York's Lower East Side. Mehai worked alongside his father Mike during the city's tattoo prohibition, and after the 1997 lifting of the ban they established Fineline Tattoo. With over 35 years of experience, his contemporary American work with a Japanese influence has been featured in gallery and museum exhibitions and on television.
