Co-owner of Primal Instinct Tattoo. Carlos immigrated from Mexico to Northern California as a child and developed a passion for art and design; encouraged during his Marine service, he completed a formal apprenticeship in 2007 and relocated to Alaska in 2011 with his wife and artistic partner Danielle.
